About the Project:

If you want to produce great contents you have to focus on what’s important. Every technical error decreases the quality of your production and final film. That’s why we have chosen to work with Aladdin Lights and after an amazing shooting day I have to confess this is a brand I can truly trust. “Daniel Kunz”

But first things first. My project for Beautystreet24 started out with a simple idea. Symbolizing a beauty product with an own interpretation of age. For this task we had one of the few amazing opportunities to be creative with shots, movement and lighting.

Our opening shot was already tricky but yet amazing. An aerial dancer was lifted upwards and the RED camera moved towards the action with a counter clockwise spin. Do you want to know what we did? We just attached an Aladdin Bi-Flex 2 to the same rig as the aerial dancer used. Simple and effective.

Another shot was from above with an alike movement. This time we attached an Aladdin Bi-Flex 1×1 to the camera crane. Using other lights than Aladdin Lights would have cost us much more time or wouldn’t even have been possible. For me it’s as clear as the image of our RED camera. Aladdin is the brand I want to work with and the one thats most reliable on set.
